This proposal is based on our understanding of your requirements and as per given time-frame. Any changes to the functionality including any improvement may incur additional costs accordingly. Any required extra work or service which is not mentioned in the proposal will be chargeable. Prior notice about the work along with the price and time required will be informed to the client.
Once the design and layout are confirmed, work will be done on the same design. No changes in the design and layout will be made after confirmation. Any changes in the design after the design approval will incur additional charges.
By accepting the quotation, you agree to accept the proposal and terms and conditions of the company. Acceptance can be verbal, by email, by signing the proposal or making any payment regarding the project.
The client must ensure that we have included all requirements in the proposals and that we fully understand their requirements. The client must provide us with clear guidelines along with the flow or specific details and any design requirement they may require in advance before starting the work. When such details are not provided, we will proceed with our understanding of the requirements and quote accordingly. At a later stage, if a discrepancy arises, it may lead to additional costs to accommodate the changes. Thus, you must clarify every aspect of your website development and ensure that you have been quoted on the right requirements.
The given timeframe is predicted and estimated based on our analysis and doesn't guarantee project completion. Webinfotech will make every effort to complete the project/changes in the given timeframe. Reasonable delays are accepted if functionalities are redefined or modified. In some uncontrollable scenarios and unforeseen circumstances, the work might get delayed and will be informed. In such conditions, clients are requested to cooperate with us and the client agrees not to penalise us for any genuine delay and the company will not be held liable for any missed launch date or deadline and any payment made by them to any third-party or person.
Any delays at client’s end, may delay the project and proposed timeframes. If you require the project to be put on hold, please advise us in writing in advance.
Any bugs (programming errors) reported during or just after the development does not attract additional charges and will be solved for free. The client is responsible to inform us about any bugs or error as soon as possible when discovered.
Any re-work on an already completed task will attract additional charges.
The 1-year maintenance period provided with every service we deliver will cover the maintainance of the existing application, codes and design developed till the project delivery date. Any further change in the application will not be entertained in the maintainance period. Involvement of any third party in the project maintenance, hosting, and having access of the code will void the 1-year free maintenance provided.
Webinfotech reserve the complete right of the project codes. Webinfotech warrants a license to use any project developed for the client, for their use only. If a client wants, the server access is given to the client or if required the codes will be handed over to the client once the project is completed and once all previous invoices are settled. The client is liable to improve or do any modification in the project on their own or by any other company. Such modifications or access to the server or handover of the codes will void the 1-year maintenance period and any further risk of the codes will not be entertained by us. Under no circumstances, the codes will be allowed to be used for re-selling or duplication purposes.
Depending upon the functionalities required, there may be 3rd party components required for the development. Any unforeseen limitations of 3rd party components are beyond our control. Any third-party component purchase costs are not included in our proposal.
Domain registration/renewal, hosting, SSL etc. charges are not included as a part of any project/proposal unless mentioned otherwise. Webinfotech will not be liable for any delays or errors caused by direct or indirect actions of the hosting company.
Webinfotech generally builds and tests the websites/applications on our own servers or hosted domains. Webinfotech cannot give access to their test servers and test websites to the clients or any third party. The website/application can be transferred-off to a nominated 3rd party server upon full payment of all invoices and dues.
At the bottom of the website pages after payment has been completed, usually, it will say copyright and the name of the client's business or company. Webinfotech does, however, reserve the right as the company responsible for the design and/or development to place a backlink at the footer of web pages mentioning web infotech as a developer of the website. Please inform us in advance of the website going live if you do not want us to our backlink to your website in writing.
Webinfotech is liable to ask the client for a review regarding the Company’s work and might ask to provide feedback regarding it. The client must agree to provide it when required as per their comfortable timeframe.
All websites are developed to work primarily across all major browsers and platforms including other devices such as mobile phones and touchpads. However, the Company cannot guarantee complete and/or long term compatibility across every major browser, platform or handheld device due to updates/upgrades by their respective vendors. Moreover, the company cannot guarantee compatibility in the old or redundant browser.
The company has the right to charge the client up to 85% of the total web development costs if the client wants to cancel the work. The scale of the charge will be dependent on what stage the project is and when the cancellation takes place. Advance once paid is not refundable under any circumstances.
The Client guarantees that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to the Company for inclusion in their website, or other design, are owned by the Client, or that the Client has permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements, and will hold harmless, protect, indemnify and defend Webinfotech from any liability (including solicitors fees and court costs), including any claim or suit, threatened or actual, arising from the use of such elements furnished by the Client.
As the development company, the company also reserve the right to display and link to your completed project as part of our portfolio, and to write about the project on other web sites, in magazine or articles, books, written or digital publications of any design and source. Please inform us in advance of the website going live if you do not want us to add your site to our portfolio of work in writing.
